Call for Presenters / Workshops
We welcome passionate higher ed presenters interested in sharing their knowledge with our audience. New for 2026: we are exploring the idea of creating "workshop" style blocks around certain content areas. In this format, we'll make connections between presenters to coordinate a hybrid lightning round / group discussion.
If you have content you'd like to present or express interest in contributing to a workshop, please fill out this form:
Topic areas of interest include (but are not limited to):
-
Production use cases (always!)
-
Approaches to AI governance
-
Navigating changing cost models
-
Supporting citizen development
-
Evolving tech stacks / service ecosystems
-
Agentic AI – use cases, platforms, security, and governance
-
Defining success / ROI
The planning committee will reach out with agenda decisions on a rolling basis.
Session Types
Presentation
A 45-minute session is an opportunity to dive deep into a topic. Groups are welcome.
Lightning Talks
Quick 10-minute sessions focused on a solution or situation. Share your experiences and insights with less overhead.
Workshop
Collaborate with peers in advance of the forum to explore a topic. Plan content lightning-style with plenty of time for in-room discussion. Up to 2 hours; we're experimenting here!
