Enterprise Licenses
The AI Enablement team is actively exploring and Enterprise Claude offering for Notre Dame use.
We are working diligently on the details of this offering and look forward to sharing an official timeline soon.
UPDATE 9/2/26 - Regarding the DoW prohibition on Anthropic products and services (e.g., Claude.ai, Anthropic API, Claude Code, etc.) and mandatory removal, the University has received an official update recommending all defense partners stand by on the requirement to remove Anthropic products and services due to ongoing litigation. The update noted that once the litigation issue is resolved, award recipients may be held to a reduced timeframe for compliance. It also clarified that the directive applies to contracts and not other assistance instruments. On August 27, a federal judge in California ruled that the Department of Defense violated the First Amendment by designating Anthropic a supply chain risk. A second, related case is still being litigated in Washington, DC.
