This framework is designed to be flexible and accommodate the unique circumstances of different teams. We can combine sessions, flex content, and adjust timing to suit your team's needs. We'll talk about all that in our consultation meeting.

    • What AI can and cannot do

Visit 3: AI Solutions Workshop

  • Duration: 3-4 hours

    • Discuss tools available, capabilities, and what they are useful for
    • Present solution development framework
    • Brainstorm potential AI uses
    • Hack-a-thon: Start making stuff
  • Outcomes
    • "do today" cases are mapped to specific tools
    • "needs development" cases are slated for a follow-up
    • "project" ideas go into full ideation / stewardship
    • use cases are documented and classified and go into a common repository
    • identify success metrics; what can we measure now and measure again later?
    • identify champions who will take point and take responsibility for show and tell

Consulting & Check-in (1 week later)

We'll meet with you to determine which of the use cases from the workshop will be tracked and moved forward, as well as who you are assigning as lead for each. Your team will work on these cases with a goal of completing them before the final session.

The AI Enablement team will provide consulting, tools, and development resources as needed to help your team implement solutions. Even if they don't need our help, we'll check in periodically for status updates.

Visit 4: Presentations / Show and Tell (4-6 weeks later)

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Presentations from the group showing off progress, experiences, and next steps.
