This session will provide actionable strategies for fostering academic integrity, authentic learning, and responsible AI use in your courses.
Discovering unauthorized AI use, fabricated citations, or other AI-related academic integrity concerns can be frustrating and time-consuming. This will support faculty in learning how to navigate AI-related integrity challenges, understand the limitations of AI detection tools, redesign assessments for greater AI resiliency, strengthen citation and verification practices, and leverage campus resources from the Office of Academic Standards, the Lab for AI in Teaching & Learning, Teaching & Learning Technologies, and Hesburgh Libraries. Whether you have recently encountered an AI-related incident or want to proactively prepare for future challenges, this session will provide actionable strategies for fostering academic integrity, authentic learning, and responsible AI use in your courses.
