As part of the AI Literacy workshop series, this installment addresses a practical question: When does AI genuinely help your research, and when does it create more work? Through hands-on examples, we will examine AI's strengths and limitations across the research workflow, including topic exploration, source discovery, note-taking, drafting, revision, and feedback. Participants will leave with a practical framework for making informed decisions about when—and when not—to incorporate AI into their research practices.
The AI Literacy workshop series is an offering of the AI Collaborative Programming group, a cross-unit partnership between the Hesburgh Libraries, ND Learning, and the Office of Information Technology.
